The Star Spangled Week

Two hundred years later the Sailabration begins in Baltimore

Join us the week of June 13 – June 16th as we participate in a celebratory national launch of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the writing of “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

Starting on Wednesday we will offer a 3 Course Prix Fixe featuring regional fare with glimpses of our summer menu.

Three Courses for Thirty Three

First Course

PEACH SOUP Edward’s Family Surryano Ham

SALAD IRMA Asparagus, romanesca, haricots verts, cucumber, radish, tarragon dressing

BRAISED PORK BELLY Manchego grits

Second Course

RUBY RED TROUT Potato & fennel salad, parsley malt vinegar coulis

SOFT SHELL CRABS Sauteed spinach, cherry tomatoes

FRIED CHICKEN English peas, baby corn, arugula, Cajun cream sauce

GRILLED SHORT RIBS Zucchini, housemade kimchi

BLACK EYED PEA CAKES Eggplant, tahini, royal trumpets

Third Course

BAKED ALASKA Sponge cake, banana ice cream, toasted meringue

BUTTERED POPCORN PANNA COTTA Chocolate covered popcorn ball, caramel
