On Friday, February 3, 2012, Mr. Rain’s will bring the Cajun custom of “La Boucherie” to Baltimore with a special five-course Pig tasting and Whiskey pairing
Mr. Rain’s Fun House will host its second annual Pork and Whiskey dinner in honor of the Southern Louisiana tradition of “La Grand Boucherie,” the communal butchering of the pig. Chef Bill Buszinski will serve a five-course Pig tasting menu.

We are also featuring American Whiskies selected by Mixologist Perez Klebahn, which guests will have the opportunity to sample neat or in a crafted cocktail. The whiskies are designed to pair with each of the the courses for the tasting menu, though any of the whiskies from this menu can be ordered throughout the evening. These are priced ala carte between $8 to $14 depending on the preparation.
